Artificial Intelligence for Health

In our daily lives Artificial Intelligence (AI) is present on a large scale in search engines, spam filters and personalised recommendations. AI contributes to major social changes, for instance through personalised healthcare and monitoring systems. All partners in the alliance have unique expertise in this field; together they focus on Artificial Intelligence for Health.

Solutions that have an impact
In the coming years, AI will contribute to major social changes such as personalised healthcare and monitoring systems. The goal of the four partners is to develop new AI techniques that lead to a greater and better impact on prevention and care. Think of the development of improved techniques for early diagnosis, or introducing the possibility to tailor medication to individual patients.

Together TU/e, WUR, UU and UMC Utrecht have the data, technology, knowledge and facilities to make these solutions a reality. The alliance facilitates existing partnerships and encourages new initiatives by bringing together the researchers involved.
