TREE

Do you want to explore new ways of teaching that enable students to integrate diverse knowledge and collaborate beyond traditional boundaries? And are you interested in stepping outside your own disciplinary comfort zone, connecting with peers from other universities, and co-developing innovative transdisciplinary educational ideas?

Then you’re in the right place! Join educators from across universities to learn, connect, and experiment with new ideas—supported by EWUU funding—to help bring them to life through our Transdisciplinary Education Experience (TREE).

The TREE is for educators ready to bring (inter- and) transdisciplinarity into their teaching!

During the TREE, the participants will:

  • Gain insights into transdisciplinary education design: explore strategies and get inspired by examples of transdisciplinary co-learning in education.
  • Engage in boundary crossing: discover surprising connections and synergies with educators from other universities.
  • Co-create innovative ideas: work on potential joint transdisciplinary education initiatives with new collaborators from other universities, building on all the insights gained.
  • Get financial support: Gain access to our follow-up support trajectory of coaching/consulting with experts and get the opportunity to apply for EWUU funding to realize your innovative joint ideas.
