What is needed to truly transform the systems that shape human health?

During the Human Health Transitions Day, researchers, educators, policymakers, societal partners and professionals will come together to explore how health can serve as a catalyst for system change.

Health is shaped by much more than healthcare alone. Food systems, behaviour, living environments, technology, policy and social circumstances all play a role. The day therefore brings together expertise across disciplines and institutions to explore how knowledge can be translated into practical solutions, policy development and meaningful societal impact.

At the heart of the event is a simple idea: meaningful health transitions require us to connect perspectives that are too often considered separately.
