Adaptive Performance in Transdisciplinary Education

To flexibly respond to unexpected or new challenges, adaptive performance is needed. During this Lunch & Learn session, we will dive into this topic by discussing characteristics of adaptive performance in transdisciplinary education by elaborating a case in which we challenge you to consider its transdisciplinarity. We are also curious about your perception of adaptive performance and experiences with ‘challenging’ transdisciplinary learning environments. Further, we will briefly share the EWUU Education Research agenda and opportunities to conduct your own education research.
