Pressure cooker preventive health

Our Institute for Preventive Health (i4PH) invites you to join a Pressure Cooker event in Utrecht to brainstorm on project ideas for two funding calls:

Why this Pressure Cooker?

To facilitate the development of strong research projects under the Research topic ‘Preserving Health’ which targets persons facing economic, educational disadvantages and societal challenges, aimed at increasing our knowledge in support of preventive interventions to reduce health inequalities and the burden of disease. We aim at building multidisciplinary teams of researchers from at least three out of the four alliance partners involved, focusing on at least two out of the three following aspects addressed in the proposal: living environment, technology, lifestyle.

For whom?

We invite alliance employees, specifically focusing on early career researchers (post doc, assistant professors, tenure trackers etc.). Two or three project ideas which receive a positive advice to continue towards a (pre)proposal to be submitted to the national grant scheme, will be supported with a grant writing support to e.g. involve an agency and recruit private and public partners.
